Pay Range: $50 - $54/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an integrated business wide editorial calendar and support the intake from different teams/stakeholders.
• Own the social content production plan and master calendar; run intake, scoping, and scheduling.
• Lead daily/weekly stand-Client; track tasks, dependencies, and risks; unblock teams.
• Coordinate briefs and approvals across Social, GTM, Creative, Brand, Legal, and external partners.
• Vendor/agency coordination; monitor SOWs, deliverables, and SLAs.
• Track budgets at a task/campaign level; flag variances early.
• Support the intake and resourcing process for new requests and ongoing programs, ensuring briefs are complete and timelines established.
• Set up projects with clear tasks, dependencies, and owners.
• Ensure all relevant documents, brand assets, and resources are organized and accessible.
• Build and maintain detailed editorial timelines; proactively adjust for stakeholder or internal delays.
• Act as the single source of truth for project status across the team.
• Track milestones and dependencies; manage communication of progress and risks.
• Uphold department use of standard templates, briefs, and reporting formats.
• Route assets for review, collect and organize feedback, and confirm revisions are implemented.
• Model calm, accountability, and operational discipline in daily workflow.
• Reinforce the Social Influencer team s process standards and best practices.
• Identify recurring friction points and propose process improvements.
• Contribute to a culture of clear communication, shared ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
  
  

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Project management, communications, content
• 5 years project management in marketing/content/social; agency or in-house experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and asset workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk/issue management.
• Understanding of social content production across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Client).
• Detail-oriented; comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
