- The contractor must have seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant experience directly managing technical initiatives that involve large project teams, multiple IT areas, significant technical complexity, and vendor coordination.
- The position requires strong skills in budgeting, communication (both verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, influencing, organization, problem-solving, team building, human resources coordination, and general interpersonal/soft skills.
- The contractor must have experience working with the PEGA platform to implement Electronic Case Management (ECM) solutions.
- A high level of both business and technical knowledge is required.
- The candidate must be a self-driven, assertive Project Manager, with experience managing enterprise-level projects and a proven ability to drive progress and deliver quick results.
- The contractor must hold a PMI PMP certification that has been active for at least five (5) years.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent technical study is preferred.
- 7 years of experience managing technical initiatives with large project teams – Required
