Project Manager (Data Platform)

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong experience working with modern data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale data products across ingestion, transformation, governance, and consumption layers.
• Proven experience leading Agile or SAFe-based delivery in distributed engineering environments.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of cloud data architectures and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with AI-enabled SDLC practices and delivery optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data products, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the data lifecycle.
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business and product stakeholders, driving planning, prioritization, dependency management, and governance.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to align delivery execution with strategic business outcomes.
• Define, track, and report delivery and productivity KPIs, including velocity, cycle time, release predictability, quality metrics, and AI-driven efficiency gains.
• Enable effective risk management and execution through a strong understanding of cloud and data architectures.
• Drive Agile or SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, cadence management, release planning, RAID tracking, and cross-team coordination.
• Ensure transparent executive-level reporting and continuous improvement across delivery processes.
