We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support sales teams in managing client projects.
This role involves coordinating multiple projects from start to finish, acting as a liaison between sales teams, clients, and vendors.
The position is based in the Charlotte, NC region and requires strong project management and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales representatives with active client projects of varying scopes and timelines.
Manage project coordination from initial bid through installation and completion.
Coordinate with vendors on pricing, materials, logistics, and timelines.
Prepare detailed project quotes and track multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Resolve project-related issues and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or client services.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience reviewing contracts and supporting sales/project teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
