Project Manager

Project Overview:

This role supports the New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP), overseeing the vendor-hosted data system used for referral intake, case management, evaluations, service planning, provider claiming, reporting, auditing, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software application delivery, status reporting, and resource planning
• Coordinate with Program staff, Project Managers, vendors, Business Analysts, and Testers
• Oversee software releases, system updates, and testing activities
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate test data/scripts
• Prepare weekly project reports and maintain project documentation
• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 84 months managing software applications, resource schedules, and status reporting
• 84 months facilitating communication throughout SDLC with vendors and internal teams
• 60 months managing web-based, service-oriented architecture applications
• 60 months providing task estimates and setting project priorities
• 60 months managing three-tier architecture applications
• 36 months implementing automated data exchange between internal/external systems
• 36 months experience as Systems Analyst / Software Engineer / Developer
• 24 months managing insurance claims or case management applications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance
