The ideal candidate will have experience in Class A Office, aerospace, defense, life sciences, lab, cleanroom, and Commercial TI projects. This role involves working on a diverse range of projects, providing technical support to the project management team, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the planning, management, and execution of Commercial TI projects in various sectors such as Class A Office, aerospace, defense, life sciences, lad, and cleanroom.
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Reviewing and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
- Providing technical support and solutions to the project management team to resolve any construction-related issues.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring project progress to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Participating in project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in Commercial TI projects and knowledge of Class A Office, aerospace, defense, life sciences, lad, and cleanroom construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in construction software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
