Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project management activities from preconstruction through closeout
• Support scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Track project costs, quantities, and procurement activities
• Participate in project meetings and help ensure milestones are met
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
• Support field operations as needed to ensure quality and schedule adherence
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-3 years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience welcomed)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office preferred
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management career path
