Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field,

Required Experience:

• 8 years of experience supporting successful, large-scale projects with multiple diverse teams;
• 8 years of experience using project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira) to track and manage projects.;
• Experience in creating and presenting status reports to internal and external stakeholders;
• Experience coordinating project teams, lead complex projects, and meet objectives;
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in change management methodologies, strategies, and implementation;
• Experience with project management methodologies and documentation;
• Experience in risk and issue management;
• Experience facilitating meetings and developing clear documentation;
• Experience managing state government projects and knowledge of Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.;
• Experience demonstrating a take-charge, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems;
• Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building;
• Team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic; and
• Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign.
