Title: Project Lead / Project Coordinator

(PMP) Certification is a Huge Plus

Experience with projects utilizing the Mainframe and Java languages is a Must

Exp: Minimum 15 Years Must

This is a Remote Role Anywhere in Texas

NOTE: This is Not a Project Manager / Program Manager / Product Manager Role

We Need Candidates from State agencies themselves (Department of Labor, Employment Security Department, Workforce Commission, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in project management in relevant areas of project assignment, research and/or planning
• Provide technical assistance to Project Managers
• Lead team of developers, system analysts, business analysts in day to day execution of the project
• Monitor the daily progress of projects
• Plan meetings and organizing project logistics
• Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
• Coordinate assigned special projects and update project information
• Experience with Training and Communications
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
• Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification
• State of Texas experience
• Unemployment Systems experience
• Experience with projects utilizing Mainframe and Java languages
