Our scheduling needs evolve quickly, and we're looking for people who can adapt, think critically, and build executable plans in complex industrial environments.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage detailed construction schedules for a large-scale manufacturing program
- Build, update, and maintain Primavera P6 schedules (500-1,000 activities)
- Partner closely with construction, engineering, and project controls teams
- Translate real field conditions into accurate, actionable schedules
- Focus on MEP systems, utilities, and existing factory modifications
- Conduct regular site walks and participate in early-morning coordination meetings
- Support reporting and progress tracking for leadership
- Potentially grow into broader project controls or generalist responsibilities over time
- 100% onsite at the Fremont factory; Moving to nearby leased space
- Occasional travel (about once per week) to Lathrop, CA during the first 6 months
- Contract to hire
- Schedule: 8:00 AM PST | ~50 hours/week
- Duration: 6-month contract to hire
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of construction scheduling experience
- 3 years of experience on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mining, government, and/or oil & gas construction projects
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with Primavera P6 (technical proficiency required)
- Background in heavy manufacturing, industrial construction, or oil & gas
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience working on-site, not just from an office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment
- General project controls knowledge (cost, estimating, reporting) is a plus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Critical Path Methodology, Earned Value Management with a demonstrated history of successful schedule reporting, compression, and mitigation efforts
- Ability to work within a high-performance team with sometimes tight deadlines
