Under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the NextGen (Workday) implementation by managing project activities, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the NextGen (Workday) implementation by managing project activities, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend project meetings; capture and share meeting minutes
- Track project tasks, deliverables, and overall progress across workstreams
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and RAID logs (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions)
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in preparing project communications, presentations, and status reports
- Update project schedules and tracking systems with relevant information
- Support PMs in documenting scope, requirements, and project updates
- Ensure proper storage of project artifacts in SharePoint
- Coordinate review meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree 1 year of IT experience OR
- Associate s degree 3 years of IT experience
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience with Microsoft Project / Project Online
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
