Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer billings and invoicing
- Manage project setup and job tracking
- Assist with subcontract and purchase order administration
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support accounts receivable follow-up and collections
- Assist with job costing and operational reporting
- Support project managers with administrative coordination
- Assist with month-end and accounting-related processes
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all documentation
- 2 years of accounting, billing, or project administration experience
- Construction, manufacturing, or project-based industry exposure preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environment
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptable personality
