- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions aligned with business needs
- Develop and deliver user stories for crisis call workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage full lifecycle Salesforce development, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Own release cycles, including code deployment and environment management
- Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure compliance with State of Michigan security standards
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance
- Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
- Handle data migration, data quality, and system integrations
- Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Provide training and transition support for maintenance teams
- 6 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
- Service Cloud / Health Cloud
- 3 years of Salesforce Lightning experience
- 2 years of API integrations and SSO implementation
- Experience with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
- Experience with OAuth authentication
- Exposure to data migration and cloud integration projects
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
