We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, and utilities domain knowledge, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management across multiple projects within the Utilities domain
Drive program planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage cross-functional teams including business, technical, and vendor stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and program updates
Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across program workstreams
Monitor program performance, KPIs, and reporting to senior leadership
Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams to ensure seamless execution
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and governance processes
Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific processes and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Program/Project Management
Strong experience in the Utilities domain (Electric, Gas, or Water)
Proven track record managing large, complex programs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Experience working with global delivery models (onsite/offshore)
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / PgMP or similar certification
Experience working with large system integrators or consulting environments
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
