Critical role to manage legacy system modernization program for client

Program Manager with Front Office Sales/Distribution Legacy System Transformation

Relevant Experience*

Min 10 years of experience w/ Program Management

Mandatory skills*

Agile Implementations, SAFe certified

Desired Skills*

• Program & Release Orchestration: Lead release trains across 20 systems and improve alignment across UAT, regression, and data certification.
• Unified Integrated Project Plan: Build and own the end to end project plan covering feature delivery, data parity, testing, downstream readiness, and cutover sequencing.
• Requirements & Traceability Leadership: Curate and standardize BRDs across TACO, CPTS, AFTP/THOR, and CDM, and enforce traceability to reduce scope creep and defects.
• SLA Alignment: Define and drive SLAs that match or exceed DORIS legacy performance expectations.
• Cutover Ownership: Create and manage the full multi system cutover plan, including dependencies, durations, resources, and rollback strategies.
