Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery
- Provide program/project schedules and status reports
- Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented
- Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required
- Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints
- May manage/oversee project
- Partner closely with the hiring manager to support a large scale supply chain software implementation (SAP IBP), moving from design/build phases into full implementation
- Participate in and support UAT cycles, including identifying and documenting bugs, monitoring progress, and tracking follow ups
- Drive cross functional communication, ensuring teams complete assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and stay aligned with project milestones
- Run or support weekly team communications and recurring meetings, including preparing agendas, sending updates, and coordinating next steps
- Work in a mix of collaborative and heads down execution, adjusting weekly to evolving project needs
- 4 years of Supply Chain experience; Must understand concepts like forecast accuracy and operational planning
- 2-3 years of Large Scale Program or Implementation experience; Preferably systems implementation such as SAP or similar
- 3-4 years of Program/Project Management experience; Includes tracking tasks, coordinating cross functional efforts, running meetings, following up on deliverables
