Job Overview:

The Program Manager III will act as a primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier/Manufacturing Partner(s). The ideal candidate will bring passion, dedication, and expertise to ensure the successful execution of pre-production build phases and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead materials budget planning and spend management through collaboration with Finance and Engineering.
- Oversee clear-to-build (CTB) processes for pre-production build phases.
- Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedules and drive resolution of material issues.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to manage multiple or alternate source qualifications through build management.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) materials process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct daily or weekly supply planning meetings with Manufacturer Partners.
- BS/BA degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) supply chain management.
- Strong project/program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience are a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are a plus.
