Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Program Manager II to execute client's Compute Resources Order Management operational process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the forecasting, ordering, tracking, and reconciliation of auxiliary compute resources. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of compute resource requests.
Responsibilities:
- Generate forecasts and demand for auxiliary compute resources (AUX) using existing data extraction tools.
- Utilize client's Order Management tool (C3PO) to raise compute resource request orders in alignment with current cycle demands.
- Track orders through to fulfillment and escalate issues to key stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) team to expedite orders when necessary.
- Monitor and reconcile the capacity delivered against the requested quantity.
- Publish weekly dashboards to provide visibility into the health of order fulfillment processes.
- Provide weekly status reports on all stated deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Program Manager (TPM).
- Proven project management delivery experience in the datacenter or infrastructure domain.
- Intermediate understanding of SQL and experience with Google Sheets and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban approaches to project management.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and SQL.
