Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Program Manager (Buying Programs) for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. Or San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite.

- The candidate will be on a 6-week probationary period** Previous Adobe experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engr, Q2C, BU/Go-to-market) at all levels to drive UAT and Production Validation preparedness and execution for new platform capabilities and product launches.
- Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to track key operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build a UAT tracker and testing sprint schedule to plan resourcing around UAT asks.
- Provide timely status updates, proactively identify roadblocks, and guide teams toward resolution and next steps.
- Define UAT scope and testing strategies in partnership with QA and Product Owners across projects of varying complexity.
- Assess system and environmental readiness, including interdependencies with other initiatives.
- Post-launch, identify and resolve process and system gaps affecting quote-to-cash workflows.
- Support change management by preparing stakeholders for upcoming changes and ensuring smooth adoption.
- Establish a consistent operating rhythm using repeatable frameworks and best practices for managing concurrent UATs
- 6-8 years of experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Proven ability to drive work forward, solve problems and lead projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to shift priorities while maintaining execution rigor
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel and ramping quickly on new work items
- Education: Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (6-8 years)
