Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal/external communications, change management, training, reporting, stakeholder management, and other assigned tasks
- Support implementation of training programs for employee stakeholder groups
- Serve as liaison with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and sufficient training materials
- Prepare documentation such as Special Orders, Standard Operating Procedures, newsletters, email announcements, intranet content, and videos
- Respond to staff requests for project-related information
- Support test phase initiatives by ensuring requirements are tested, documented, and on schedule
- Gather operational data and reports to identify trends and assist with strategies for customer adoption of new technology
- Help employee groups adopt new workflows and technology
- Assist with development and management of awareness, education, and transition campaigns
- Provide regular project status updates and monitor adoption across stakeholder groups
- Track overall project progress and escalate issues as needed
- Respond professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, or co-workers
- Coordinate stakeholders and support organizational change and business continuity plans
- Work any assigned shifts or locations
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project coordination or administrative support
- Familiarity with change management and training processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations as needed
