Summary:

Role & Duties:
Material Flow & Expediting:
- Ensure timely movement of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, and finished goods from internal or external suppliers
- Locate, track, and expedite critical materials as needed to meet schedule requirements
- Review open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and inventory levels
- Maintain and update material control records or systems; Verify accuracy of reports
- Investigate and adjust material counts when discrepancies occur
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate product movement through the full production cycle
- Align production plans with material availability to support on-time delivery
- Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follow up to ensure commitments are met
- Provide input to management and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Engineering
- Communicate scheduling updates and material constraints to internal stakeholders
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication for cross-functional coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing production environment
- Onsite flexibility required
- Must be willing to work Day Shift, with one of the following schedules: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
