Prepare and version design files to support business priorities, campaign initiatives, and organizational events
Collaborate closely with creative leads, production teams, and print partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
Manage complex technical design needs, including layout refinement, file preparation, and adherence to brand standards
Respond to urgent design requests and deliver polished work under tight deadlines
Support overall creative workflow and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to final output
Required Skills
Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office applications
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Experience using presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Production Art, Advertising, or a related discipline
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in production design, graphic design, or similar creative roles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with print vendors or production teams
Familiarity with large-scale campaign deliverables and high-volume design workflows
