- 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering intranets, employee portals, or digital employee experiences.
- Deep expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks, including backlog management and delivery execution.
- Strong ability to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated success making informed delivery decisions in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Active Agile and SAFe certifications (required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Product Ownership, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Expert-level Agile/SAFe experience and certification
