Kforce is looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Owner to lead the charge in delivering impactful digital solutions in Acton, MA. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UX experts to shape product vision, manage backlogs, and ensure seamless execution across sprints.

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals
- Partner with UI/UX and QA teams to ensure customer-centric, high-quality delivery
- Drive Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Act as the go-to expert for your product, guiding cross-functional teams
- Support GxP validation and risk assessment activities
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years as a Product Owner in Agile environments
- Experience with SFDC CRM, Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- A passion for continuous improvement and empowering teams
