- 5 10 years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience building personalization features (recommendation engines, dynamic content, segmentation, behavioral triggers).
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working with Data Science and ML teams.
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Personalization Strategy
- Define and execute product roadmap for personalization initiatives.
- Design customer segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioral, transactional, and contextual data.
- Partner with Data Science to implement ML-driven recommendations and adaptive experiences.
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Define KPIs for personalization effectiveness (CTR, LTV, churn, engagement lift, etc.).
- Product Storytelling & Vision
- Craft compelling product narratives for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and executives.
- Translate technical capabilities (AI/ML models, recommendation engines) into business value stories.
- Create clear, outcome-driven product briefs and PRDs.
- Present roadmap and business cases with strong executive storytelling.
- Support GTM with differentiated positioning around personalized experiences.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales.
- Drive alignment between technical implementation and customer experience vision.
- Prioritize features balancing business value, feasibility, and user impact.
- Influence without authority in matrixed environments.
- Customer & Data Insights
- Conduct user research and analyze usage data to identify personalization opportunities.
- Build customer journey maps and define trigger-based experiences.
