Requirements

• 7or more years of experience in enterprise product lifecycle management and technology software integration.
• Proficiency in orchestrating cross-functional product engineering and commercialization workflows.
• Experience in directing research and development activities for innovative enterprise application enhancements.
• Experience with utilizing business intelligence platforms to develop comprehensive performance monitoring dashboards.
• Experience in managing complex product delivery schedules, feature updates, and software maintenance cycles.
• Experience with formalizing standard operating procedures and establishing rigorous operational governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a technical consultant bridging operations and engineering teams.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise products from initial research and development through commercialization.
• Formulate and oversee strategic product delivery schedules including new releases and ongoing maintenance cycles.
• Evaluate and test innovative technologies to ensure specifications align strictly with overarching business objectives.
• Construct and maintain a centralized operational inventory to track active enterprise solutions and applications.
• Collaborate with business intelligence units to design and deploy interactive program performance dashboards.
• Author and continuously update comprehensive standard operating procedures to enforce operational governance.
• Serve as a primary operational escalation point to ensure business continuity during critical emergency responses.
