Procurement Implementation Consultant - Jaggaer
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Implementation Consultant with recent, hands-on experience leading Jaggaer platform implementations. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation, optimizing workflows, and ensuring long-term scalability for procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full Jaggaer implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to design and execute workflows that align with organizational goals.
- Configure and optimize Jaggaer modules (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing)
- Identify and resolve obstacles or roadblocks during implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and document workflows, approval hierarchies, and integration points with existing systems.
- Establish long-term processes and governance frameworks to maintain data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency post-implementation.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective utilization of the platform.
- Act as a strong presence and communication leader to manage the implementation team and foster collaboration across departments.
- Proven experience leading recent Jaggaer platform implementations, including configuration and workflow design.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and contract lifecycle management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with common challenges in procurement system implementations and strategies to overcome them.
- Ability to design scalable workflows and anticipate long-term organizational needs.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
