Responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled blending processes.
- Weigh, document, and stage batch ingredients using computerized weighing systems.
- Operate and monitor Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems for manufacturing equipment such as tanks and heat treatment systems.
- Perform product line operations including standardization and final water processes using ingredients, flavors, and oils.
- Maintain GMP compliance through routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of equipment and work areas.
- Follow batch work orders and job procedures while maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
- Receive and transport bulk raw materials and CIP chemicals safely.
- Prepare, operate, and monitor bulk slurry production for blending operations.
- Manage and document computer-controlled heat treatment processes.
- Support additional production and operational duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, and basic computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
- Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Some college or vocational training in a related field.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or batch processing environments.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and automated systems.
