Position Overview

Seeking a professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ControlLogix, PLC programming, and HMI platforms such as iFIX and FactoryTalk.

Responsibilities include designing and developing HMI screens, performing data analysis, and troubleshooting issues related to drives, screens, or PLCs.

The role involves working with a blend of legacy and modern technologies, with a strong emphasis on Rockwell controllers as the industry standard. Familiarity with HMI systems is essential, and adaptability to evolving tech environments is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Impact: Guide a high-performing team to design, optimize, and enhance industrial plant applications, databases, and web solutions that align with evolving business needs.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage people, budgets, schedules, and projects while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Provide hands-on technical support for Level II and Level III systems during critical events in a 24/7 industrial setting.
• Support Infrastructure: Oversee essential system needs across two mining facilities, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  
  

What You Bring

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in ASP.Net, SQL, Oracle, C#, VB.Net, Crystal Reports (or similar), and Microsoft Office.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with PI, VMS, Fortran, jQuery, iFix, Oracle Forms/Reports, OPC, and familiarity with Process Control/Automation Systems.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to define system scopes and objectives based on user needs and industry standards, with deep technical knowledge across multiple system phases.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead teams delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions that meet business goals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey ideas clearly across all organizational levels.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40.00 - $45.66 per hour
