You will build bar-raising engineering solutions to accelerate modernization of hyper-cloud scale services.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance.
- Collaborate across partner teams in Microsoft.
- Lead and grow a team of high performing engineers.
- Mentor, coach, hire, retain and grow top talent.

- Taking part in code reviews, both as a reviewer and a reviewee, to ensure the quality of the software and promote best practices within the team.
- Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C , C, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years people management experience of a software team
- 6 years working experience on large scale system architecture, design, development, testing and release of full product lifecycle.

Salary : $139,900 - $274,800
