Job Title: Senior / Principal Product Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with a background in high-speed IC testing. This role will support the full product lifecycle—from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production—while working on advanced semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of new IC-based products from development to production
• Improve product yield, quality, and overall performance
• Conduct qualification activities based on design requirements
• Develop characterization plans and write code to collect and analyze data
• Review process data and define datasheet specifications and test limits
• Collaborate with design and test teams to create production test strategies
• Perform lab testing for new designs and early-stage samples
• Identify and resolve yield or production-related issues
• Support product qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysis
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, RF testing, or characterization
• Experience with mixed-signal products and high-volume production environments
• Basic knowledge of hardware debugging techniques
• Proficiency in C and/or C# programming
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators (VNA/PNA)
• Understanding of basic statistical analysis
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
