Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Consultant SAP RAR with deep expertise in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and strong hands-on experience in BRF (Business Rule Framework Plus).

The ideal candidate will lead RAR implementation, data migration, cutover, post-go-live support, and business rule framework configuration, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards such as:

• IFRS 15
• ASC 606
  
  

This role requires close collaboration with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align the solution with enterprise revenue recognition processes and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

SAP RAR Implementation & Support

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP RAR
• Perform data migration and reconciliation
• Manage cutover planning and execution
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support
• Resolve revenue recognition issues and defects
  
  

Revenue Recognition Expertise

Strong understanding of:

• contract management
• revenue contracts
• performance obligations (POBs)
• SSP allocation
• fulfillment events
• revenue postings
• deferred revenue
• accrual postings
• period-end closing
  
  

Must ensure compliance with:

• IFRS 15
• ASC 606
  
  

These standards govern how companies recognize revenue from customer contracts.

BRF Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRF including:

• functions
• rulesets
• decision tables
• rules
• expressions
• custom enhancements
• formula-based logic
• event-based revenue rules
  
  

Master-level expertise is expected in:

• complex rule design
• troubleshooting rule execution
• custom BRF enhancements
• performance tuning
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Finance and accounting teams
• Gather business requirements
• map revenue recognition logic
• support UAT and sign-off
• coordinate with auditors and compliance teams
