Night Shift | Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM) | $22 per hour
Requirements Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurements
- Familiarity with basic fabrication math, including decimals, fractions, and angles
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, protractors, or other precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of different metals and thicknesses, and how the material type affects bend quality
- Ability to perform quality checks and document production results accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and team-oriented, with solid communication and time-management skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience operating a press brake or other metal fabrication machinery is preferred
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend sheet metal and components per job orders
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawings
- Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
- Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
- Work safely and follow all company and industry safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
