We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our growing team in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preconstruction, including estimating, scheduling, and planning. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preconstruction process for projects, including estimating, scheduling, planning, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Prepare and present preconstruction proposals and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop strategies and solutions to overcome potential project challenges.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is completed within budget.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the project meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, including progress reports, schedule updates, and cost tracking.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the preconstruction phase.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze project plans and specifications to determine overall project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Proficient in project management software and technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
