Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client requirements and business objectives
- Create and customize:
- Proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses)
- Pitch decks and presentations
- Case studies and whitepapers
- Solution documents and capability statements
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and client-friendly content
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all pre-sales materials
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client businesses
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and update a repository of reusable content and templates
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in pre-sales, B2B, or IT services
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience in writing proposals and sales collateral
- Ability to understand technical or complex solutions quickly
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting industry
- Familiarity with RFP management tools
- Basic understanding of sales processes and buyer journeys
- Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing concepts (bonus)
