Metric5 is currently seeking a Power Platform/SharePoint/.NET/SQL Senior Developer to join a growing team on exciting and highly visible projects for our Department of the Treasury customers. The Senior Developer will be responsible for developing and modernizing legacy .NET/SQL applications using Power Platform, migrating data, and providing ongoing maintenance/future enhancements. The selected individual will play a critical technical role in the development and maintenance of applications for a broad range of Treasury users.
As the Senior Developer, you will share your knowledge and hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining similar applications with the team. The successful candidate will have experience with supporting Microsoft products and services on-prem and in the cloud.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 Annually

As the Senior Developer, you will share your knowledge and hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining similar applications with the team. The successful candidate will have experience with supporting Microsoft products and services on-prem and in the cloud.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Power Platform Applications (specifically Dynamics) and related components (e.g., Power Automate); development and maintenance of custom SharePoint applications using C#, .NET and SQL is also preferred.
- 1 or more examples of major application and data migrations (i.e., on-prem, SharePoint) onto Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience writing and maintaining Power Platform flows for automation and system efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience troubleshooting system performance issues.
- Experience writing governance, best practices, and SOP documentation.
- Expertise in Agile development approaches including Scrum and Kanban.
- MS certifications (Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Security Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator).
- Experience with NIST compliance frameworks and AWS GovCloud / Microsoft Azure GCC-High environments.
