- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics (with a minor in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required).
- 3 years of business intelligence development.
- 3 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (SharePoint 2019, PBIRS/SSRS, Excel 2019/2021).
- 3 years of experience working with the project management lifecycle or software development lifecycle.
- 3 years of experience working with warehousing methodologies/designs and processes (ETL, Data Modeling).
- 3 years of experience working with VBA programming in Excel and Access.
- Demonstrated ability to write SQL queries and use Microsoft SQL Server 2017/2019/2022 database tables and connectivity.
- Experience with other BI tools such as PBIRS, SSRS, SSAS, and Tableau.
- Strong analytic skills to understand business processes, financial calculations, capacity and demand forecasting, data flows, host systems, applications, and stakeholder involvement and interaction with data.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop implementable, workable solutions.
- Proven ability to perform high-quality technical documentation and presentations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills ability to clearly explain data insights, use cases, and results to leadership and business stakeholders.
