Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
Develop complex DAX calculations, data models, and performance-optimized reports
Oversee data integration from multiple sources (SQL, Azure, APIs, etc.)
Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and report performance
Mentor and guide BI developers and analysts
Work closely with data engineering teams on ETL and data warehouse solutions
Drive adoption of self-service BI across business units
Required Skills
8 years in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query
Solid experience with SQL and data modeling
Experience with Azure (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake) or Microsoft Fabric
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
