- The Power BI Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions including data ingestion, modeling, visualization, and governance.
- The role involves designing scalable analytics solutions, establishing best practices, and enabling enterprise reporting and insights using Microsoft Fabric and the broader Azure ecosystem.
- 8 12 years of experience in Data Analytics with strong Power BI leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, report design, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture including medallion architecture and lakehouse concepts.
- Experience with Azure Data Services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and ADLS.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
- Experience implementing data governance, security, and Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI/Fabric.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 8 12 years in Data Analytics with leadership responsibilities in Power BI solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric implementations preferred.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions including ingestion, modeling, visualization, and governance.
- Design and develop optimized Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards aligned with business needs.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, star schema design, DAX optimization, and performance tuning.
- Drive data governance, security, and compliance using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions.
- Ensure integration of Power BI with Azure ecosystem including Synapse and Fabric pipelines.
- Provide executive-level insights through storytelling and data visualization.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft Fabric implementations.
- Knowledge of data engineering and data science workloads in Fabric.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600, or Fabric certifications.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong Power BI development and architecture skills.
- Advanced SQL and data transformation expertise.
- Strong data governance and security implementation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
Salary : $45 - $50
