Required Skills / Experience
Strong hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and data models (Power Query, DAX, relationships).
Advanced SQL skills (building and optimizing complex queries for analytics workloads).
Experience building repeatable automation using Python and/or R for data preparation, validation, or report automation.
Experience working with enterprise source systems such as Salesforce data and/or SAP, and translating those into consumable analytics structures.
Strong documentation habits—able to clearly explain metric definitions, dataset logic, refresh schedules, and support processes.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver iteratively in an agile delivery rhythm.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
Experience with EDP (or comparable enterprise data platform / warehouse) and enterprise engagement processes.
Experience with Databricks (data prep, notebooks, pipelines).
Familiarity with Power Platform automation (Power Automate / Power Apps / Dataverse).
Experience building standardized metric libraries / shared KPI definitions across a department.
