Title: Power BI Developer

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Spring, TX

Pay rate: $35 to $40

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models focused on performance and usability
Build and optimize data models (star schema, DAX, calculation groups) for scalable analytics solutions
Manage Power BI Service components including workspaces, deployment pipelines, and data refresh strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective BI solutions

Must-Have Skills:

5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization
Proficiency in SQL and working with enterprise-level data sources
Experience with GitHub for version control and managing Power BI (PBIP) projects
