Position: Power BI Developer
Work Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement data models using Power BI Desktop and Power Query (M).
- Integrate Power BI reports with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, and cloud-based services.
- Automate data refresh and scheduling using Power BI Service.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in Power BI reports and datasets.
- Maintain proper documentation of data models, report logic, and processes.
We need a hands-on Developer with the below skills:
- SharePoint site setup and update: The list
- Upload the data from multiple sources excel sheet etc on monthly basis.
- Create columns as needed add calculations as needed.
- Power BI dashboard
- Power Apps form
- Create Forms to enter the data, approved the data.
- Create/update projects from a mobile form.
- Power Automate
- Experience in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
