Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced BI dashboards, reports, and reusable data models to support PMO, portfolio, and project reporting.
- Define and embed standardized PMO KPIs, metrics, and scorecards into analytics solutions, ensuring consistent business logic and calculations.
- Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to enable PMO and internal teams to own and evolve the analytics tools after the engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced experience in analytics/BI development or data engineering, with a strong focus on building production-grade BI solutions.
- Proven experience designing and implementing BI solutions in project-oriented or PMO environments.
- Experience working with project/portfolio data (schedule, cost, resource, risk, benefits) is strongly preferred.
- Strong solution design mindset, with the ability to turn business requirements into practical, scalable analytics tools.
- Experience with project/portfolio management systems (e.g., MS Project Online, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planview, Wrike) preferred
- Advanced Power BI (or equivalent) experience setting up and managing BI workspaces, apps, dataflows, gateways, and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics tools with intuitive visualizations and self-service capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills; highly organized and self-directed in a consulting role.
