You'll collaborate across teams to bring together data from multiple sources, build intuitive visualizations, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

What You'll Do:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making
- Dashboarding & Reports: Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and paginated reports aligned to stakeholder needs
- Data Integration: Connect to diverse data sources (e.g., SQL, APIs, flat files) and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Collaboration: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor usage and performance; optimize models, DAX, and queries for speed and maintainability
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, models, and processes
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, validation, and peer reviews to ensure reliable outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst (end-to-end development: data prep; modeling; DAX; visualization)
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
- Experience with data modeling and database management (e.g., star/snowflake schema, relationships)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik)
- SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases/cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern ELT/ETL patterns
- Experience supporting public sector or utility operations is a plus
