- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in product ownership or technical leadership roles.
- 3 years of product management experience, preferably managing multiple products.
- 2 years of hands-on software development experience (.NET, C#, Kafka, or similar).
- Experience with CosmosDB, MongoDB, SQL, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus.
- Familiarity with .NET and Java build tools (MSBuild, Maven, Spring Boot).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Kanban methodologies.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub Pipelines.
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, PowerBI, dashboarding).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and process management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-based architecture.
- Prior POS product experience (highly desired by the manager).
- Experience working in large-scale retail environments.
- Experience with migration or modernization projects.
- Hybrid work model: Onsite Monday Wednesday, Remote Thursday Friday
- Contract expected to extend into FY26
- POS product background is strongly preferred
