Job Description:
- Overall ownership of testing for Oracle XStore POS implementations and enhancements
- Lead test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and test reporting
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Hands‑on experience with POS functional testing, integrations, and retail flows
- Prior experience managing test teams and driving end‑to‑end quality delivery is mandatory
