JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced PMO resource to support critical program governance, reporting, and delivery tracking functions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can translate complex program data into meaningful insights for senior leadership.

• Deliver weekly and bi-weekly executive-ready status reports, synthesizing inputs from multiple workstreams and stakeholders into clear, concise narrative updates while maintaining consistent reporting cadences
• Manage the end-to-end JIRA process including uploads, board configuration, and dashboard management to ensure accuracy and daily execution progress is reflected in real time
• Build and maintain sprint-level analytics and performance dashboards, including velocity tracking and burn-down charts, by comparing actual execution against planned commitments
• Develop predictive indicators and proactive analysis to identify trends, surface risks, blockers, and delivery gaps before they escalate to leadership
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
• Self-starter who can onboard quickly, operate independently with minimal oversight, and integrate seamlessly into existing team workflows and program rhythms
