Must-Have Skills – PLM Teamcenter

Skill 5 – 10 Years of Exp in Teamcenter

Skill 5 – 8 Years of experience in Test planning, creating test strategy, test design, and test execution

• Experience in Teamcenter testing
• Should have experience in testing for Teamcenter upgrade
• Experience in test planning, creating test strategy, test design, and test execution.
• Should be able to work with Siemens developers and create test schedules/strategies.
• Coordinate functional automation, performance testing, and upgrade testing.
• Mandatory work onsite 3 days a week
  
  

The client is a major conglomerate in truck manufacturing that utilizes Teamcenter as their PLM tool. Roles and responsibilities includes understanding business processes, identifying and designing/developing test cases to validate user requirements in Teamcenter. Mentoring the team in interpreting high-level test scenarios and breaking them down into feature-based test cases. Categorize test cases into various types such as functional/unit, integration, and performance tests, and tag them for different cycles like regression and upgrades. Additionally, managing defects for failed test cases and create dashboards for management to track progress which provides visibility for planning to deliver projects on time.
