Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level functional and technical support for the ProductVision BOM/PLM application, including configuration, troubleshooting, and release management.
- Analyze existing ProductVision processes and data structures, identifying gaps and recommending improvements or modernization opportunities.
- Support business stakeholders with product setup, recipe/formulation management, and change control workflows within ProductVision.
- Document system logic, customizations, integrations, and operational procedures to help EY and the client build long-term knowledge.
- Serve as the primary SME for escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure system continuity.
- Proven hands-on experience with the ProductVision BOM/PLM system; deep understanding of its configuration, data structures, and functional workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Bill of Materials (BOM), and formulation/recipe management concepts.
- Ability to work independently due to the absence of internal EY ProductVision expertise, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting legacy or niche supply chain technologies and navigating integrations into ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate system capabilities into business language.
