We are seeking a skilled and self-driven PLC / Controls Programmer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the technical lead on automation projects, taking ownership from program development through startup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running, manage their workload independently, and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and commission PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo systems across a variety of industrial applications
• Develop, test, and debug control programs for new and existing systems
• Assist with control panel wiring during build phases as needed
• Support field troubleshooting and system startups on-site and at customer facilities
• Take full ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with the engineering and panel-build team to deliver on time and within spec
• Document programs, revisions, and project notes clearly and accurately
